92 cutlass supreme

My car stalls in traffic when not appling gas.It is a 92 cutlass supreme with a big sideways 6. My mechanic can't get any codes. It starts right away. I just put it in neutral and it starts. Won't Idile for long and it will quit. The crank senser , and the ignition control module have been replaced. Would like any help. thx

Sounds like a bad Idle Air Control Valve to me. About 20 bucks, simple to do, mounted on the throttle body with 2 screws.

Sorry but I replaced the Idle Air Control Valve and it didn't make any difference. If cleaning the Fuel injectors make a difference. I am really getting frustrated. thx

I had that same problem once when I owned a culass supreme and I had to change the ecm to correct the problem.
