Question '94 cutlass cierra vibration while driving

My '94 Cierra begins to shake and vibrates when I hit over 70 mph. Anything under 70 mph does not shake. I think maybe the front shocks (they are worn). What does anyone think?

I had the same problem it ended up that I needed new tires and I had one bad rim
