Re: engine help

people talk about the mr2 engine that has a 6 cylinder and is turbo but i dont no how or where to find that at. if not that a jdm gen III 3s-gte with a ct20b turbo on it. that i believe has 245 hp.

Re: engine help

hmm
MR2's didn't come with 6cyl. you CAN fit the camry V6 into it with some work, and i suppose you could turbo that (though it came supercharged) it also used the same transmission. The best engine in the MR2's was the JDM Gen III 3S-GTE and yes it came with a CT20 turbo and produced 245hp (with the JDM exhaust).

Re: engine help

the engine in the camry, either 3.0L or 3.3L came NA on most cars, but there are superchargers for that V6. they will fit in a mk2's engine bay and mate to the MR2 turbo tranny... it's just a LOT of work.

you can buy replica widebody kits from a lot of places, just google it to find the best price.
