Talking should i use spring spacers???

hey sup everyone gotta a question my car was lowerd already when i bought it i put seventeens on it and the rear is rubbing on that rubber peice thats on the fender would it be alright to get spring spacers to raise my car up cause all i have to do is raise my rear 1 inch or should i get some springs that will give me a one inch raise

you could bend that lip back so it doesnt rub on the tires. I cut mine off completely, can't tell, and no more rubbing issues.
