Suspension help?

Hi all. Im the secondary driver on an 01 Silverado v6 regular cab. Although im secondary driver on it, I have decided to put my own money towards it in hopes that on day it will be mine. Right now im more concerned about control, not power. With increasing gas prices I dont need it to perform any better than it already does However, I am looking to improve on the handling of the truck. Im used to driving a 93 sunbird, so its a huge difference moving from a little coupe to a big truck. Im looking to improve all aspects of the suspension, what would you guys suggest I do? I want to reduce body roll first and foremost. Can anyone direct me to products or websites with suspension mods? Any help is appreciated.

You'll find plenty if you use a search engine. Here's just one thought.

www.airliftcompany.com.

Re: Suspension help?

to get better handling on a truck, the only thing I know that works well is doing a 2"/4" drop on it.

For the most part, the lower you go the better the handling. I have a 3/4 drop and it handles great. A 4/6(which i wish i had) is the lowest i would go for an everyday driver. It's quite low but still enough clearance to get around comfortably. Then add sway bars front and rear and it'll handle ever better.

Check out DJM and McGaughys. Both of them are superior brands, and are actually become far more respected and acknowledged than Belltech.
