Unhappy new fuel pump bad again after 3 weeks :/

hi all.....iv a 93 s10 4.3 w engine........
just had the fuel pump replaced 3 weeks ago....
ran purrfect till yesterday....started doin the same bogging at full throttle....like it was starving for fuel.
which it did before i got it replaced.
the pump is an ac delco......new from autozone.
the filters and pump screen were replaced 2.
i put about 1300 miles on it....and its also making the same loud whine...
like the old one.....
funny thing was before yesterday...it was kinda quiet.....
but now its like WHINNEEE!!! wtf.....
did i get a lemon pump or what?

any input would be appreciated

Check fuel pressure.

Read up on how to replace the cpi injector and nut kit.

Check the power and grounds to the pump also.

how do i check those things?
with out dropping the tank?
