Liquid Creatine

I'm taking liquid creatine monohydrate and ive notice a weight gain and muscle gain, not a huge one, but one. It says on it to take 4 droppers once daily. I work out everyday and take it.

Should i give myself a break and workout every other day or just keep going what i'm doin. And should i be taking the full dosage?

ACNE
alot of people say they get bad acne and i found out way. Its b/c you get really thristy and hungry on creatine and you eat everything, constantly, including junk food. Now that your eating alot more junk food and POP your adding alot more sugars and your getting more than regular acne. Ive noticed this myself, but i also noticed how much more pop and crap i was eating.

Re: Liquid Creatine

you really shouldnt be working out everyday, your muscles dont get enough time to rest. You dont build muscles while your working out, you build them in your sleep and when resting.

Re: Liquid Creatine

Hopefully your not working out the same muscle groups every day. I reccomend at least 3 days between working the same muscle group. Id also reccomend at least one day off a week, just to give everything a little chance to catch back up.

Also on creatine you shouldnt be drinking anything besides water... at least 128 oz of water a day

What?
Think how much surgars and fats your putting into your body. So many eat that crap and you can tell.

More Sugars = More Acne

Re: Liquid Creatine

Also look what foods are mostly cooked in these days. OIL!! Makes sense.

And i'm working out everyday but not the same muscle groups. I try to do legs one day the upper the next. I just haven't drinking that much water, but i start replacing it with my milk and juice.

Re: Liquid Creatine

You should at least break up your upper body into at least 2 days. My workouts change every couple weeks but right now I am doing chest, biceps, triceps one day. Next day legs. Next day shoulders and back. Next day off.

Just something along those lines because working the same muscle group every other day is too much. Also when you split up muscle groups pay attention not only to what major muscle you are working but also the other muscle groups your working. For example an overhead or military press is great for shoulders but it also works triceps pretty hard so for example I dont do an overhead press during these few weeks since Im not working triceps on the same day.

Re: Liquid Creatine

i take my whey protein crap 30 mintues before i workout. Is it better to take it after or before?

And the only reason i workout back to back during the week is b/c i cant workout on weekends. (work). So iget my rest on weekends.

I'm drinking alot of water know, actually 15 glasses a day. Is it going to make a big difference other than using the washroom every half an hour?

How important is your warm up? Should u be just sweating or just to get your heart going.

Final Question. IF you take creatine without working out will u just gain weight.

Re: Liquid Creatine

Im gonna try to answer these as best I can in my drunken state.

You should try to take your protein afterwards. The first few hours after you work out is the best time to cram in your supplements and a good meal, with the exception of creatine.

You might still want to try and give yourself a little more of a break between days, but hey if it works for you then theres no denying results.

The reason why you need to drink so much water is because your cells will start craming themselves full of water while your on creatine. When I feel like I am going to the bathroom a little too often I try to cut back on the water a little bit but not too much. Your body needs the water if you dont get it in you then you risk becoming dehydrated. That is the only drawback of creatine.

For a warmup I am assuming you mean a little cardio before working out. A good general rule is about 10 minutes of light cardio, nothing heavy. If you do too much around the time your lifting then you are just burning up all the protein and nutrients that your body needs to help rebuild your muscles. If you are like me I love cardio a little too much. The best time to do it is as far apart from lifting as you can.

If you take creatine without working out you should just gain water weight, creatine doesnt make you gain muscle mass it just helps it. I need sleep ahhhhh!
