Engine noise

my gf drives a 01 accent, her engine is really loud..especially for a small car..does anybody hav any idea wats causing that loud noise?

What kind of noise is it? Could be tons of different things; belts, injectors, lifters, pulleys, etc. . .you get the idea.

Take your oil cap off. Look inside and see if a baffle(piece of metal) is touching the cam if so it got bent down when having your oil changed. take a 90 degree pick and bend it back up.

its the lifters there easy to replace but the lifters cost alot.
