1987 Supra...hasn't been started for 2 years....
ok...here goes...a family friend gave me a Supra Turbo...the 7M-GTE engine...it's such a great car...i've read so much about it...come with a LSD...in my opinion...that is so awesome...anyhow...it hasn't been started for 2 years...they told me that all it needed was a battery...i found it hard to believe...and well..i was right...the battery made everything work...but the engine...when i turn the key...nothing happens...all that happens is the interior lights dimming...does anybody have any kind of information about this?? Cause i would like to try everything before i have a mechanic fix it...thanks in advance...

Altenator....you need a new one i believe.
Try taking off the negative connect on the barrey for 1 min, then connect it. Now try starting the car.
