aftermarket stereo + steering controls

Are there any aftermarket decks that will hook up to my stereo controls on the steering wheel? Or perhaps a wiring harness to do it? I can't stand this stock radio anymore, no skip protection, and the volume knob randomly jumps high and low when you turn it down. (or try to anyway)
