window lock on 2000 cherokee

all windows can be rolled up and down from driver's controls, however, none can be operated from their own controls. It's like the window lock is on permanently. Is that a separate switch that can be replaced?

I had the same issue with my 1992 Cherokee a couple of years ago. If I recall correctly (I might not), the whole batch of switches are kind of tied together.

What I did was just disable the switch, so that it is no longer possible to lock out the other switches (I don't have any "little ones" to worry about anymore).

I believe I just installed a jumper wire across the existing switch, but I don't really remember. As I said, that was a couple of years ago.

Good luck,
