ck eng light egr 01 supercrew

Recently my light came on had autozone diagnose it showed either a clog in egr line or line unplugged. I asked if that could mean a bad egr he said it would come up different. After checking for an hour nothing seems out of place any ideas please

Trouble code number please. If it is P0401, check the DPFE sensor.
