New 'Bird 3.9L V8
I am currently thinking of doing an odd swap, but I was wondering if anyone knew the dimensions of the 3.9L aluminum block V8 found in the new model Tbirds? I can't find any information on the physical dimensions of the block itself. I can find bore, stroke, and similar such information, but otherwise, I am completely lost. The only information that I HAVE managed to find is that the engine weighs 382 pounds.
Added: And after searching through everything this engine is attached to, from the parent Jag 4.0/4.2L block to the engine in the Lincoln LS, they are all bolted to Automatic boxes with a manual overide. Anyone know of any manual box that might, might bolt onto this block?
