2004 Intrepid ES - General Opinion
Hello I'm new to this forum so please bear with me.
I'm considering purchasing a 2004 Intrepid ES with the 3.5 as a daily driver. Are there any stand out problems with this car? Will I be satisfied with the performance? good car, the ES Intrepid is a great car, though not too hot on fuel mileage, but as far as interior comfort, performance and ergonomics, you won't be disappointed. For late model Intrepids, there weren't any recalls, so you should be alright. One thing I would like to note, the intake manifold gasket has a tendency to slip and cause a vacuum leak, very common on this engine. Other than that, it's a very reliable car.
