94 G10 Check Engine

Simply put, Check Engine light came on, I read the codes and reset the computer. I have replaced the IAC, TPS, Coolant Temp, Map and O2 Sensors as indicated by the computer. And why not at 183k?

All "apparently" receive the proper reference voltages from the ECM without the engine running (just key "on").....

Engine idles normally on initial start up and the goes to a high idle when warm. I had to resort to placing a small piece of rubber hollow tubing in the throttle body air intake restricted the airflow enough to bring the idle down to drive home.

Found no leak at the throttle body. Injectors are clean and working properly.

While shifting, engine rpm 'jumps' and holds for about 1/8 to 1/4 of a mile before shifting, sometimes 'starving'

Then Check Engine light comes back on and all the codes return

Wondering if the ECM may have an internal problem processing inputs, thru-puts and outputs after engine is running? Or an ECM wiring harness issue?

Thanks in advance.
