Help !!!Turbo M35

See ijust got this turbo Garret M35 and i don't know if is oil and water cooled or just oil because it has holes around the turbine ...PLease help!!!(I'm new with turbos..

i can not answer your question, but i can tell you this. if your new to turbos, then you probably should have waited to buy one.
