anybody know a site with non biased high performance tire reviews?

anybody know a site with non biased high performance tire reviews? like a free version of consumer reports or something i just want to know which tires would fit a 17inch rim and stick to the road when i dump the clutch at a high RPM, that would be awesome, otherweise just tell me proven and good name brands etc. thanks a bunch, brandon.

you're going to have to tell us what width you want and what car this is for and how much power you're talking about, with enough power there's no tire that you won't be able to keep from chirping when you dump the clutch (also chirping is a good thing, it keeps you from breaking axles and differentials), you also need to tell us how much per tire you're willing to spend and if you care how long the tire lasts or how well it performs in the rain.

94 prelude, not planning on going more than 250 horses, probably will be on a 17x7 rim (im getting new rims too) it would be awesome to get the lgihtest rim and stickiest tires for around 1000$ shipped... i do wish to get more than 20000 miles out of the tires though. i also will be selling my old and slightly corroded motegi 17inch rims soon if you live in the central florida area...

I would probably go with the Yokohama AVS Sport in 215/45/17 if thats the size you wanna go with its the only really high performanc tire that you can get in the right sizes for your car. They run about $135 each so you'd need to get a set of rims for less than $500, which is pretty hard to do if you want decent ones.

i dont really care about name brand as long as they look aight and are lightweight, any ideas?
