low boost problem...help

i installed a turbo xs boost controller for about a week
i then decided to remove it because i just ordered a cobb access
the problem now is im only running about a
half of a bar of boost(7lbs+/-)
the vacuum lines were reinstalled correctly, they have been checked by three different people now.

any ideas??
any and all help would be great

did you upload the wrong map maybe?
try a boost leak test.

i havent recieved the access yet i just rmoved the mbc because i wont need it anymore.
i have checked all the lines and have found nothing wrong with anything
