Question Any Transmission adjustment required after a certain mileage?

I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado Z71 5.3L Ext. cab with around 30,000 miles on it. Is there any adjustments that need to be done on the transmission after a certain mileage? (Like band adjustments, etc...) Hope someone knows. I live quite a ways away from the nearest dealer, and I am comfortable doing maintenance on my vehicles on my own. Thanks.

Although, you may want to start thinking about tranny fluid replacement. Someone in here said "early and often"

I had the full 30K tranny service done. I think it was something like $160 or so at the dealer. I don't really remember exactly as I had some other things taken care of as well (exhast, etc).

hey

they say tranny flush at 50,000km and continue doing it but the best advice for the very fussy 4l60e transmision is take it to a good tranny shop and take there advise, not mine or anyone else's on here. unless someone is a tranny mechanic? but no offence to anyone.
