whats included is:

3. rear paneling (both sides)

5. Brackets for the speakers
6. Gathers covers for the speakers

it's in good condition, and is grey in color. local sale only, im in North Palm Beach, so if anyone in south florida is looking for this, well here ya go. will take pics if necessary
