Question Power windows and Blower moter will not work

I am rebuilding a 97 Cirrus that was wrecked. Windows and blower motor do not work. Now if I run a direct current o the fuse box for the windows they will work. THen if I pull the wire off they still work....until I turn the car of and then they do not work again. Is there a reset madule or anything in the car?

Problem resolved! I finished the frint end of the car and installed the cooling fans and radiator. After that the entire circuit with the blower and windows started working! I think the car goes into a safety mode if the fans go out or they are crushed!
