now I have thought about this a little bit and the only thing i could come up with is that the ground wire might have a problem with a gound. If tthis sounds completely outragous then some one tell me what it could be

Re: right side blinker does not work when the veh is cold
It could be the relay, or whatever the thing is called that makes it clickity click, since it relies on the strip of metal heating and cooling to turn the light on and off...just a thought.
did you try replacing the bulb? What year/model?
