The two adjustment screws on the front of the carb. both are side by side and unscrewing them (counter clockwise) will allow more air in. I suggest using a vacuum gauge on a vacuum port of the carb and unscrew them one at a time VERY slowly till you reach the maximum vacuum. This is what shops do and is very accurate. or you could just go by sound (high idle is good) adjust your idle after this is complete. or you could screw them in (one at a time) until the engine acts like its going to die, then back it off (around 2-2.5 turns) and reach the maximum vacuum (or high idle)

the screws on the front of the carb are idle screws turning them will only affect your idle, they are bypassed as soon as you step on the gas.if it's rich then it's a float setting.
get a vac gauge hook it to manifold vac (not a carb vac) turn the screws all the way in don't tq them down just to when they stop, turn them both out 1-1 1/2 turns start it up and do as it was suggested and adjust both equally till you get the highest vac reading.
make sure your motor is in time, and check for vac leaks.an easy way to check for vac leaks is to start it up and spray wd-40 or carb cleaner around the base of the carb and so forth listen for it to rev up if it does there is the leak.
have you done any internal mods to the motor?

a 750cfm is a little too much for that motor. a 600cfm would have done just fine but if its too rich on the top end then you will have to go to a smaller jet unless someone has mested with the float level they should be fine if its too rich on the bottom (at idle) check you air srews
