I just put a new 305 TPI in w/ all new sensors & emission parts,etc.(egr,tps,iac,cts,iat sensor,map, fuel pump,filter, pressure reg.,injectors). It seems to run decent when cold, but after it warms up,in about 5 minutes, it starts falling on it's face when taking off.Seems like it is getting too hot, too fast & feels like vapor locking. Should the throttle body & plenum get so hot? Have had car in 3 of the best shops in town, including dealer & one says it is the egr opening too soon, the other says the coolant temp sensor, & the dealer says the ecm?!?! I've tried everything, but ecm, & nothing fixes my problem. Any help would really be appreciated. Sorry such a long thread, but I'm tired of chasing this "GHOST"!!!!!

As you have heard already , it can be too many things to pinpoint by the info you have given. Any car the longer it runs will get hotter and it could be caused by either vapors or hot coolant and the ECM controls stuff like fan turn on and EGR solenoid. So any of those things could be correct.
