gas pedal sticking and brake pedal making weird noise?

i have a 2000 yukon slt with just about 70,000 miles on it and am very, very happy with it but have a few probelms. Problem 1: every time you fully let off the gas pedal and push back down on it, the pedal "sticks" Its not that i have to almost kick it to get it to move, but its enough "stick" there to be annoying. I played with the pedal the other day and it stopped doing it for a few days but today i noticed it was back.. problem 2: Whenever you open either of the rear passanger doors(not cargo doors) they squeek very loudly and its is very annoying. I looked at it the other day and it seems the top part of the door it rubbing against the weather stripping causing it to squeek. Problem 3: whenever you press down on the brake pedal with a decent amount of effort you hear a weird squeeking/creeking noise which is also very annoying. The sounds is unexplainable, youd have to hear it to understand what i mean. any suggestions?

Stickin throttle

The issue with the sticking throttle is called "coking" and it's a common occurance with "our" model Yukon, it's a result of carbon collection inside the throttle body in the area of the butterfly.
I agree, it's annoying, but I don't believe it's dangerous except perhaps to an inexperienced driver.
It's a simple process to clean it with an appropriate throttle body cleaner, just be careful not to allow any foreign material to enter the plenum chamber.
If you aren't comfortable doing this yourself, it's a reasonably priced operation @ your dealer or preferred mechanics shop.
In so far as the pedal noise, I can only assume it's a dry/worn pivot point in some of the pedal linkage or perhaps an issue with the vaccum booster entry point.

Hope this helps you resolve.....

Rider's right on the money about the sticking throttle body. I've had to clean mine twice. Don't use anything to scrape it off, just stick to solvents and a rag.
