2.3L H.O. swap (vin A)

I have a 2.3L H.O. (vin A) in a 92 Grand Am GT also a 2000 Cavy with a 2.2L. Would you all think it would be worth a engine and tranny swap. The Cavy is an auto and the GA GT is a 5 speed. Thats what really stopping me lot of work swapping tranny.
