Caliper mounting bolts

how do i remove the bolts on my 97 GA?

i know it is hard to see but there are 2 allen bolts that hold the caliper in place. Not sure the size off hand though!

8mm allen wrench its like $4 or $5 at an auto parts store.

3/8" hex head bit socket, use the socket so ya can get the leverage off your socket-handle.

ayep, you'd think metric or a Torx, but I just pulled calipers in g/f's ride, and that's what I used. Hers was a '96 GA GT.

it was a 9mm. i used an allen wrench to get them off.

i was really just guessing. i have a 92 and 94 ga and a 2000 cavy the bolts are the same on all 3 so i figure be the same on your ga. thats weird. but glad you got it done.
