94 4.3 fuel problem??? HELP

I got a 94 Blazer 4.3 (W). Here's the deal. I was driving a couple days ago. Stopped at a red light. Light turned green I took off and just as I got passed the intersection my truck died. I coasted into a parking lot. The thing would turn over but nothing would happen. I checked for spark, it has that. Next I put I tire pressure gage I had with me on the valve at the back of the engine to at least get an idea if there was pressure at all. And there was. I have replaced the regulator setup about a year ago. The filter and relay was replaced 6 months ago. I called a buddy to come help me out. While I was waiting I walked over to a gas station to get some starter fluid. I sprayed some in the throttle body and tried to start it. It fired but died. So I was thinking that the regulator might have taken a crap again. I had a 10mm wrench in my truck so I proceeded to take off the top of the manifold while I waited for my buddy. Got it off and the regulator was very wet and dirty. So we took it back to AutoZone and exchanged it. Put the new one on. Tried to start it. Nothing again. Sprayed some starter fluid in it again and it fired and this time stayed running. I drove it home right away. But it seemed to be lacking power. Got it in the garage, shut it off. And once again it won’t fire. Any ideas on what the problem could be??

really need to check your fuel pressure to get a good idea. tbi is 9 to 14psi and cpi is like 54 to 60 i believe.
could turn out to be nothing but a fuel filter.

alright cool now we can cancel that out. check your fuel pressure. if you have good pressure you now your pump is good and can go further. need to rule out the pump.

I don't have the proper gage to do that. But now I don't hear the pump at all.

Since you no longer hear the fuel pump, that's probably it..
