4g63 swap or hahn turbo kit

which is prefered and which is the best way to go considering all options(money work eninge output)

turboing what you have is easier, but if you want big power then you will have to go with the motor swap

The 4g63 engine will not swap into the neon without MAJOR MODIFYING and it won't be cheap. A more capable swap would be the SRT-4 or 2.4 Stratus swap. Or just get the Hahn kit and slap it on.
