Question Stripped front wheel stud

Hey guys, i got a stripped front wheel stud, on my 97 yukon 4x4, just wondering if there is a access hole to pound out the old one, or if there is a lil more to it, i know my old oldsmobiles had holes so you could sneek em in and out... any info on this would be great, i want it fixed by friday so i can get out to the track ...
