1993 C1500 4.3l 2wheel drive HELP

just installed Cherry Bomb Turbo Exhaust, spark plugs, and a K&N Air Filter.

Put some Fuel Injector and Carb cleaner into the gas, and i noticed its sputtering when i start to accelerate. And when i get on it, it like hesitates.

I replaced the PCV valve today, and it helped for a little then it started to act up again.

Any Ideas ?

also i was thinking about cutting a hole right behine the grill and getting a longer air tube so its like air induction system anyone ever try this ?

I got it fixed today, the one sparkplug i must of skipped when gapping them, it was at 35, when it says to put them on .45, fixed this and my problem was gone...

But one more thing, if i get a longer tube, and cut a hole behind the grill, would this give me any performance? It would basically be a New Air Intake, i would put some stalking over it as well to keep bugs and what not out. Anyone ever try this ?

Why bother? There's already a built in ram air system. There's ductwork leading from behind your right side parklight to the fenderwell, which attaches to your air cleaner hose. Provided you have everything attached properly, when the flap in the air filter housing opens to allow cold air in, you are getting a "ram air" effect whenever you are doing over a given speed. And as far as those straight tubes that they sell aftermarket, they might reduce some turbulence, but overall, the vehicles that came with the chamber attached to the intake have as good as, or better performance. It looks like a small muffler. Think of it as an expansion chamber but on the intake side.
