Inner Tierod Bushings

I need to change the inner tierod bushings on my wife's 1997 Intrepid. I bought the bushings and they are 2 piece bushings. Anyone know how hard these are to change and how to do it? Thanks.

Re: Inner Tierod Bushings

if all you bought is the bushings and not the complete arm and bushing then you need a special tool to replace bushings on arms

Re: Inner Tierod Bushings

They are not bad to put in. The hardest thing is getting the room to work with. You may find it harded dealing with getting all the old out. With a long pry bar you get press the new ones in. They look harder than they really are.
