Black Rims?

Hey, I'm looking at rims and I just seen a scion XA commercial and they had these cool rims.

They were black but they had a chome rim around the outside of the rim. It looks prety cool.

I was just wondering if anyone knew what the name of these rims were? Is there a certian name? Or is there a certian name for the chrome strip?

Re: Black Rims?

There are alot of black rims with a polished lip. My rims are BBS style with a 1 inch polished lip. But i am looking at some 19" ADR fuels in bronze.

Re: Black Rims?

I have pics of them, but none that show the variance betweent the alloy powder coating and the machined lip.

But here is an example of a polished lip. Its a high sheem machine finish on the outter most part of the rim.

The 2nd number in the rim size is the width right?

18x7.5

If so, what is the widest width you can go before rubbing?
