thinking about buying a 2002 LS TB

I have been reading up on the Trailblazer and no one seems to have anything good to say about them. The dealer wants $15,991 for a 2002 with a DVD player from the factory. It has 47k miles on it. You guys think it is worth it? Any major problems that I should look for?? thanks in advance

All I can say is, there's nothing that can't be fixed. Other than that the vehicle runs very well and better than alot of others in the same category. The reason why you hear only problems is the nature of this forums. Why else would you come here?

If you can, buy the GM warranty or a good third party. I believe that it is luck of the draw when buying a car. With a warranty you won't be completely out of pocket for unexpected expenses. When the warranty runs out, hopefully the car is paid for and you sell it if its been a problem. Find a good mechanic that can work on warranty repairs, this would be my two cents.
