no power

92 Honda Accord has no power from idle to about 3000 rpm and takes a long time getting there (~3 secs in park and ~4 or 5 secs in drive). spark ok, timing ok, fuel filter / pump ok, plugs ok (maybe running a little rich but nothing out of the ordinary). after the car gets to ~2500 rpm it drives fine (like after 1st or 2nd gear). it does jerk a little then starts running fine after ~2500rpm. it does this very consistently: from every stopped or idle position. could it be the tps? why only at lower rpms? could it be the computer? btw, no check engine light. thanks for all your help!
