i guess im nto sure what you mean by 01 SH, but i have a 91 prelude si with the b21a1 motor (yea i know, the crappy sucky one), and in neutral i think ive only got the rev limiter to kick in like maybe once, and it was pretty close to pegging on the tach. in gear, however, 1st thru 4th anyway, cuz i never topped it out in 5th (dont wanna throw my rod thats been knockin) it doesnt even limit the rpms at all... ive pegged it in every gear cept 5th and reverse. hope this helps?

Re: prelude rev limit

I believe you're right about the 7500 rpm limit in gear, and in neutral i think it's 6000rpm.

Re: prelude rev limit

when racing, i push it right up to 8k without hitting the limiter. i think thats probably right at the limiter. when cold, the limiter will fall to 6500 or less
