Same here. I´ve ordered the Neuspeed strut brace about six weeks ago and it will still need one to four weeks to arrive here I´d guess. If it´s not going to fit then I´ll §&%$*+'# !!!

Try waiting over 10 weeks for your exhaust and it still has NOT arrived yet maybe it will come next week

Yeah sometimes manufacturers or dealers just have to take that long
to ship it in or something like that.

I have the same problem, I wanted that double exhaust that I talked about
in another post and I have to wait like 2 months before I can pick it up
It has that long deliviery time.
With my open air intake I had to wait like 1,5 months, becuase it had to
come out of Itali

The reason they take so long is that they are waiting on enough orders before they have them sent over from the USA. It wouldn't be worth there time if they where to send over individual orders. The cost of shipping would be too expensive.

If you group all of your orders into one shipment you can spread the costs over all these orders.

Still doesn't make me happy as when I ordered the exhaust they told me 14-20 days before I have it

Some more 'frustrated' people... haha

To make some fun: At least I have something and you don't

no, I hope you don't have to wait that much longer (a friend of mine had to wait about 9 weeks for his pug 106 gti... about 1 week to go... fun for him, than he drives me out ((( )

I went to the shop today where I bought it... they wanted to lift my car so it has some more room between the 2 struts. I can get that that makes some minor difference... but not about (at least) 1 cm!!! what I need. So i didn't wanted that. I heard before that some pretension is ok... but 1 cm??? I don't believe it... , they don't know shit of mechanics imo!!...
They will call this monday to the supplier(?)... I'll wait and see... now driving with a strutbrace without a brace between )))

Today I´ve called the german DC-Sports shop and they told me AGAIN that my Neuspeed strut bar will need about eight additional weeks to arrive at my place! I´ve already ordered it about two months ago!!! So I´ve told them to keep their shit. I´m f**king pissed about this crappy shop. :finger4: But the worst thing is that I don´t have got any idea where I could buy it elsewhere. AVB-Sport in belgium also sells them but I can´t speak any french anymore and I can just understand dutch but not speak it. Any ideas?

everyone in holland can speak english... most of them german too
I suppose that belgians can speak english well too... and maybe even german... belgium is our backyard ... haha not meant anything bad or so... I myself don't understand why the netherlands and belgium don't combine to one country, so the 2 of us get bigger

@veetec... have you paided already?? I'm more carefull with that in the future, because 'my shop' don't want to give me the money back for my strutbrace ...those M-F !!!
They just tell me to put 1 cm pretension on it... suppose how the hood looks when i do that... Then i got about 1cm gaps at each side!! (the gap-line between the hood and the side-piece) (i don't even know how to get that 1 cm pretension in it anyway)... stupid @#$%^^&

No, I haven´t paid anything yet!
Has anybody ordered anything from AVB which is coming from the states yet? I just want to know how much they´ll charge for it over the normal US prices.

Yeah that would be a good idea
It would also help the tuning scene in Holland
I think that the scene is much bigger in Belgium than in Holland

Just look at all those meetings they have in Belgium
