Few Problems ... PLEASE HELP

Hey guys i'm new here so bear with me ...
I have a 99 Grand am with a few problems maybe you guys can enlighten me on .........
First ..... my blinkers .... when i use them they work fine, but then after i'm finished turning or randomly when i'm driving i hear the "ticking noise" that it makes and i'm not even using them
Second ..... my sunroof .... sometimes when i go to use it, it will only open a quarter of the way, other times it will open all the way, and then sometimes it won't close all the way and i have to wait like 15 mins for it to be able to close
Third ...... while i'm driving my fuse box on the passenger side sometimes makes a noise like the circuits are frying out or somethin .. kinda like a "zzzzz" noise
Forth ...... my ABS and no traction lights come on always, sometimes as soon as i start the car sometimes when i'm driving 5 or 10 mins after, i took the brakes off and cleaned everything in there and they still come on, not sure what the problem could be ........

The blinkers are a recall. Dealer should fix for free.

Get the codes pulled for the dummy lights coming on. AutoZone will do it for free as well.
