Just Another Silly 'What Parts will Work' Question

Hi, I guess I'm the newbie to this site, never been much for posting in forums, but I would like some other opinions on my current plan of action.
I am currently building a 95 Civic EX, which recently suffered a d16 demolition due to my driving habits. I have done the H22 swap into a del sol before and want to do something a little different. I am looking into a B20 block with a B16 crank. I am a huge fan of over square engines and am not in need of an immense amount of torque for such a light car as this, since I have already gutted allot of weight from it. WHat I am really looking to achieve is a very high revving engine with a quick throttle response and a car that is mean when you drop a gear and punch it. Also I am looking to put about 15psi of boost to it in the near future. As it stands now, I am looking into a b20 block with a B16 crank. The way I figure it the 3.307" bore of the B20 combine with the 3.047" stroke should give me exactly what I need. I am going to be running the B16a cylinder head and a compression ratio of about 8.5. I'm planning on putting everything forged in the bottom end and having the rotating assembly balanced before final assembly, to maintain smoothness at high RPM's, which I expect this engine to see allot of. By my figures I'll need to use the B20 rods with the b16 crank giving me a stroke to rod length ratio of about 1.77, which should be extremely efficient for the application. My primary issues are knowing the journal sizes(are they all the same) and I am not sure I'll have enough torque to really play well in the quarter mile, off the line. My main goal is wanting something that is fairly uncommon and still very competitive., If anyone has any better suggestions or ideas, please enlighten me. Also if anyone knows what size engine this would end up being.,...I'd like to know.
Thanks for the input.

ls rod length: 5.394
ls crank length: 3.504/2= 1.752 (89mm / 25.4)
add together: 7.146
b16 crank: 3.047/2= 1.523
subtracted = 5.623
so you would need a rod 5.623" long
which would give you a rod ratio of 1.84

b20 rods are too short
