Exclamation 94 LeSabre with intermittent starting issue

HELP!!!!

I recently purchased a 94 Lesabre with the 3800 and and automatic. i did not find out until after purchasing that the previous owner changed the ECM and fuel pump in relation to this problem. OK Sometimes this car starts PERFECT and then the next time it won't start at all. Engine spins great but wont start up. when this occurs the relay bank on the firewall clicks like crazy. it appears that 2 or 3 of the relays click. ANY help would be great. Battery voltage is fine. ground connections seem to be ok. please help me.

Just a guess: The clicking relays sounds like a bad ground or possibly a bad power source (ignition switch). Recheck the battery conections.

DC source

Yea, check all grounds. Maybe one of them is floating. (not grounded)
Low battery will allow relays to act crazy. Current surges. A low car battery might click every relay in the car. I had that happen once, even my car alarm relays were clicking.
