Opinions on 2001 Galant Es 2.4L

I'm thinking of buying a 2001 Galant ES 2.4L with 46000 miles for a 2nd vehicle.

Any trouble areas with this vehicle?

Also, does it use a timing belt and if so what is the recommended mileage change interval for the belt? How about the cost at a dealer for the timing belt change?
