radio reset steps please

I have my code for my radio but cant find my manual for the radio to tell me the steps. its a 98 jetta. anyone know the steps to put the code in?

Mine has a 6-CD changer so its pretty easy. Just turn the radio on, use the disc buttons (1-4) to set the four digit code- using the 1 button for the first digit, the 2 for the second and so on. Then, when you have the number on the screen push and hold the seek button to the right until it beeps. All done.

I have a 2002 Jetta and I have the code but cannot enter it. What are the steps? I lost my stereo manual.

I have the big dumb monsoon stereo. I made a radio puller tool from oaktag, pulled the radio -on the back side of the radio remove the connector, there should be a fuse under there -remove the fuse wait 5 minutes and put it back. Put the connector and pop the stereo back in = done
