Has anybody heard of a "C280 AMG" before?

Has anybody heard of a "C280 AMG" before? I can't find any information about it!

When you refer to the c280 I'm assuming you mean the "202" chassis cars. As far as I know the only AMG 202's out there were the c36 and the c43. That info is only for U.S. imported cars. In Europe who knows? Maybe there is a C280 AMG.

Yeah. C280 + cheap AMG badge from eBay = C280 AMG.
