Spoiler, Hot or Not?

This is the spoiler I have been looking at to get, I am purchasing it within like 2 weeks so I kinda want to know if it looks good or not.

Thanks guys!

IMO save your money and the embarrassment of having that on your car.It spoils the class of the car. I think that the best looking spoilers for a 3000 are the stock ones that come on the cars: either the smaller one with active aero, the round Eclipse one, or the aggressive 99' spoiler.

btw...no offense to anyone who has this wing on there car...

meh, that spoiler on the eclipse looks horrible, I can't really tell how it would look on the 3000gt. Many would just choose that 97 or so hoop spoiler they put stock on the 3kgt but who knows. I don't mind it but wouldn't buy it myself.

This however will be of no help because the whole point of buying stuff for your car is buying stuff that YOU want and you yourself thinks looks good.

As far as the other opinions I can see some would call it rice and some would say its fine but would rather see money spent on 'go fast' parts instead of 'look fast' parts. Some just think any aftermarket spoiler is pretty much a 'ricey' product (rightfully so) but I don't know its just not conservative enough of a spoiler to shy away from the category of rice

Re: Spoiler, Hot or Not?

Is on of those generic ones, so nope. There is a mercuy couger runnign around town with one of those. Usally go with a 3kgt spoiler or somthing u don't see that often. Hell if u have ne welding or fiberglass skillz make your own.

Re: Spoiler, Hot or Not?

Yeah the only aftermarket spoiler that looks good IMO is the one thats in my avatar (which is probably too small to see). But then again I think that one is custom made. I've seen your spoiler on a 3S around here before, it's not that it looks bad, it just looks cheap and kinda out of place. If you can find a Supra spoiler that's big enough that would look good, not the 97 hoop (though that would look good too), i've seen a 3S with a widened Supra spoiler and it looked sick...can't find one myself though.

Re: Spoiler, Hot or Not?

Over the 80 model yes. The quaters where simular the maro slightly quicker and maro is less insurance. But either car was a hold me over till i turned 19 and had enough money and insurnace drop so i could grab somthing else. which turned into the VR4 or RT/TT
