OT: Not car related, but I have to share

Ok so my current computer speakers are the Logitech z-560. I always had a thing for logitech. I always buy mice/keyboards/speakers from logitech, cuz the brand just awesome. Anyways, the subwoofer from my speakers finally is dying. It cuts in/out, and it's been blown.

So, with much contemplation, just ordered these:

I am not sure why I cracked and bought them, but I'm sure when I hook them up I'll know why.

Re: OT: Not car related, but I have to share

searched 20 websites including ebay, and nothing was less expensive than zipzoomfly with shipping included. just checked newegg and with shipping it would be like 292. higher than what I got it for.

also, the only system that remotely comes close to being as good or better is the klipsch 5.1 system, but that is $350+, and I don't want to spend an extra $70 for that. I read reviews on both systems and chose the logitech. The thing even has a remote. I cannot wait!

I use a CyberAcoustic setup like this
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...onics&n=507846
For $40 you can't go wrong, 8" woofer and good quality sound, problem is I broke my sound jack on my laptop so it only works in mono (with the sub also).

Re: OT: Not car related, but I have to share

yeah, my crutch is that I am a HUGE audiophile. Not only for home audio, but for car audio as well, and also for my computer

everything has to be badass.

my car system consists of infinity speakers for front and rear (not the 2nd gen stock infinity speakers, but the infinity kappa speakers) and 2 Kicker 12" L7 subs with a 1500 RMS amp (hifonics brutus) and a custom ported box.

Talk about badass. Not only can you hear my from a mile away (no joke) but it broke the rear view mirror off of my car. Not just make it fall off, but the actual arm of the rear view mirror broke in half. 1/2 of my rear view mirror (the part stuck to the windshield and part of the metal arm) is still on my windshield
