Cargo cover application by year

Last week, I bought a 99 Explorer to replace my 92 Explorer, which was totalled. The 99 didn't come with a cargo cover and I want to get one. I know the cover from my 92 doesn't fit, which should rule out 91-94. Looking at eBay, there are a lot of different claims made that I'm not sure I believe.

What years for the cargo cover also fit a 99?
Are the covers different for 2 door and 4 door?
Any other considerations?

98 - 01 should fit i just got one from a junkyard for my 99 limited and it was from a 00 works fine
