No contact pins in my Data Link Port
I purchased a 1997 Suburban and both of the remotes do not work. Found a new one on eBay with programming instructions. Went to do it and you have to contact a jumper wire to #4 & #8 terminals in the Data Link Port before programming. Sounded easy but when I got there there was no metal pins in those terminal numbers.
Any ideas of what to do now? I contacted the seller but haven't heard anything back yet. Thank you ahead of time for any information.
