Timing?

I am new to this forum.

1995 Chev Cav. had a blown head. I had the head rebuilt and the car starts, but it is seems to be a little out of "sync" when I start it. It does start, and it does run, but just seems a little off.

Someone suggested timing?

Thanks for your input.

Bob

Are you on the reffer?

He didn't meantion what engine he has and if its the 2.3 L quad four, then yes he does have timing to worry about. If the cams moved while the head was off, you better belive it buddy! When you timed the cams, did you make sure the pistions were at TDC?
