replacement motor
i was wondering if it is possible to put a 1996 mustang 4.6L v6 engine in a 1994 ford ranger. my ranger runs horrible with the current engine and u have to push the gas to the floor to get going but the engine has power to go up hills but not very fast??? any ideas and if not could i put the mustang engine in it

you can probably put it in but it will taken ALOT of modding. I think the largest they have is the 3.0 out of the taurus. Best engine that is an easy swap would have to be the SHO engine. Plus its just as fast as the mustangs/
