ranger/Mustang Engine the same????help soon.

I have a 95 ranger and a 91 mustang. Both are 4cyl 5spd 2.3L EFI. Are these engines interchangeable? Basically my ranger has in excess of 150,000 hard miles leaks oil and I have a mustang engine that has only 90,000 miles. I am putting a 302 in the stang anyway so, this 2.3 will be sittin unless it fit my truck. What will have to be changed on the 91 mustang engine to fit a 95 truck. Any website with info would be great also.
Thanks guys
Nick

Re: 95 ranger

it should be a direct swap, some wiring might be trouble but not huge.
